This is the best one so far, perhaps unfortunately because the method is definitely not the safest lol.

Heated the cast iron in the oven (550 F) and left it in a bit longer than I meant to, so when putting the pizza together in the pan the dough was frying in the oil I put in with the heat from the pan, definitely a good way to burn myself!

Bottom was totally golden brown and blistery, crispy without being burnt, dough was light and airy. It’s looking like this may be my new method, for better or worse!
